They are seeking an Electronic Imaging Technician to join their team and play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care, working various rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
Utilize excellent customer service skills when interacting with patients and other professionals
Greet, receive, and direct customers for various activities throughout the department
Respond to customer needs and communicate special needs to the appropriate technologist
Operate imaging file room equipment and perform clerical functions
Access reports, images, and other patient data via EPIC, PACS, or other related software systems
Fulfill requests for images by utilizing PowerShare or copying exams to a CD
Utilize a CD burner to import images and send to PACS or print films upon request
Ensure necessary images are available for surgical procedures
Provide clinical information to requesting physicians/offices within HIPAA guidelines
Hang films for radiologist interpretation
Qualification
Required
High school graduate or GED required
Basic knowledge of computers is required
Preferred
Associate's degree preferred
Medical terminology preferred
Previous healthcare experience preferred
Experience in Radiology and PACS preferred
