Dispatcher, Inventory & Customer Support Specialist
Acorn Petroleum Plc is a leading provider of Fuel, Fuel Delivery, Lubricants, and Filters to Southern Colorado and the Inter-mountain Region. They are seeking a Warehouse Customer Support Specialist to assist customers with product and service information, manage orders, and resolve delivery issues.

Responsibilities
Handle customer orders, inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product delivery issues and concerns
Document and update customer orders and invoice as directed
Dispatch drivers to fulfill customer orders as directed
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the customers, processes, products and services
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in customer service, warehousing, and order entry or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with customers
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
