They are seeking a CT Technologist who will perform a variety of CT procedures and ensure optimal image quality while maintaining accuracy in the Radiology Information System.

Responsibilities

Performs a variety of CT procedures both professional and non-clinical consistent with optimal image quality

Responsible for entering on-line charges in the computer system (Radiology Information System-RIS) and accountable for charges as specified by the Administrative Policy, ensuring a high level of accuracy

Participates in On-Call coverage as applicable

Follows guidelines for Radiation Safety as outlined in MCHS Radiation Safety Policy Manual

Qualification

Radiologic TechnologyCross Sectional AnatomyARRT CertificationCT RegistryCPR Certification

Required

Graduate of a Radiologic Technology Program

Knowledge of Cross Sectional Anatomy and Pathology required

Registered as a Radiographer by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)

Valid State of Ohio Radiological License required

Maintain current CPR certification

Preferred

CT registry preferred

Prior experience in CT preferred
