Healthcare Sales Representative / Sr. Healthcare Sales Representative

Responsibilities

Develop and grow strategic relationships with enterprise hospital and health system leaders
Build a robust pipeline of new business through strategic prospecting, partner referrals, and collaboration with internal teams
Lead consultative sales engagements that address client challenges through Q-Centrix solutions
Partner closely with the PSA to ensure a unified pre- and post-sale partner experience
Utilize Salesforce to manage opportunities, maintain accurate forecasts, and ensure thorough documentation of engagement
Stay ahead of market trends in healthcare, including regulatory shifts and enterprise innovation in quality and safety
Serve as a trusted voice of the enterprise customer, influencing internal product and marketing strategies

Qualification

Required

Proven experience selling services or software solutions to large health systems or national healthcare networks
Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles, ideally in healthcare or health tech
Confidence managing high-stakes conversations with C-suite and senior leadership
Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally in a pod model
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
CRM proficiency
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred

Background in healthcare technology, data services, or hospital quality improvement programs
Familiarity with quality reporting, hospital regulatory requirements, or clinical data abstraction
Salesforce experience
