Responsibilities
Supporting the budget development, coordination and roll up of budget for annual submission
Monitor budget execution data to determine spending patterns and performance against plan budget execution milestones
Support the development and monitoring of support agreements used to coordinate trading partner commitments
Work independently, solve issues and have strong customer interface skills
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience
Bachelors degree in accounting or similar discipline
Government, AGA or ASMC certification and involvement
Familiarity with DoD PPBES framework
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Strong data analytics skills, ability to identify trends and variances
Experience tracking and reporting on commitments, obligations and expenditures
Prior experience with Navy ERP and G-Invoicing
Experience at BUMED or DoD healthcare business office
