Responsibilities

Design and maintain DevOps infrastructure

Develop infrastructure testing procedures and confirm that they are properly implemented

Monitor key performance metrics to ensure the DevSecOps infrastructure is capable of meeting them

Maintain knowledge of new industry used tools and techniques and recommends updates to management

Work closely with developers and engineers to develop applications architectures, align development plans, and to ensure effective integration among information systems and the IT infrastructure

Ensure that solutions are continuously improved, supported, and aligned with industry standards as well as emerging business requirements

Understand the interactions between systems, applications, and services within the environment, and evaluate the impact of changes or additions

Analyze systems and perform testing to ensure performance and reliability, enhance scalability, and meet security requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree or substitute additional years of related experience

Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the IT field focusing on development projects, DevSecOps and technical architecture

Minimum of three (3) years in architecture and design of enterprise applications in cloud platforms, preferably in AWS

Possess expertise in large-scale, high-performance enterprise application deployment and solution architecture on complex heterogeneous environments in AWS

Strong understanding and work experience in DevSecOps such as, but not limited to Java, CI/CD, Infrastructure and Code automation, Kubernetes, and AWS suite of services

Must be US Citizen, with ability to secure a public trust clearance
