Bioprocessing Account Manager North East
Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Bioprocess Account Manager to lead customer success in the North East Zone Area. The role involves expanding business, providing technical support, and developing opportunities aligned with Cytiva's strategy and goals.

Responsibilities
Expand the business, gain market share, and grow sales & order at expected margins. Achieve annual/quarterly targets through successful promotion of all business technologies and capabilities within all modalities which are relevant to this account
Provide technical support, leveraging technical specialists where needed, aligned with customer workflows and activities to develop, and support solutions that meet or exceed the customers’ expectations
Identify opportunities and support team in developing opportunities for the Cytiva value proposition
Prospecting, forecasting, generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, initiating, and planning customer visits at all levels of the customer organization
Negotiating master agreements and contracts, including terms and conditions as well as facilitating tender responses to customers from the account, in conjunction with product sales specialists as needed
Accountable for overall account success strategies, and growth, leveraging Cytiva customer account team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, life sciences, or relevant field
3+ years of commercial experience, preferably from the Biotechnology industry
Sales techniques include cross-selling, upselling, value positioning, solution selling, and funnel management
