Responsibilities
Represent clients in court trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
Develop case strategies and present arguments before judges and juries
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
Interview witnesses, gather evidence, and prepare for trial
Negotiate settlements and plea agreements when appropriate
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on litigation matters
Work collaboratively with legal teams, paralegals, and investigators

Review and analyze complex employment law documents and contracts
Monitor compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements

Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
5+ years of litigation experience
2+ years of trial experience
Strong background in procedural rules (e.g., Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure)
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines
Superior project management and team leadership capabilities
