Responsibilities

Carrying out project inception, planning, execution, release planning and project closure activities for assigned projects
Executing each phase of the project as per process and guidelines
Own planning, standups, demos, retrospectives, and the execution of the timelines/sprints
Efficiently managing the project's budget and allocation of resources
Communicating with all stakeholders, through generation of Project Status Reports and other critical communications
Ability to work with people in different countries
Maintaining project related data in Atlassian and other Project Management tools used at the company
Effectively managing the risks and issues involved in the project
Establishing collaborative and productive relationships with product management, governance, UX design, vendors, and other supporting teams

Required

Applicants are required to be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis immediately
Candidates must be able to commute into an office and reside locally
Bachelor's degree in project management, business, computer science or related field; PMP or Agile Scrum certification preferred
2-3 years relevant experience in a project management or scrum master role

Preferred

PMP or Agile Scrum certification preferred
Understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
Capable of cultivating operational excellence within your teams
Operate successfully in changing environments
Possess Banking and Printing domain knowledge
