Sukup Manufacturing Co. is seeking a Business Development & Product Manager for Ramco Innovations to lead growth in pneumatic automation solutions. This role involves business development, technical consulting, and product leadership, requiring collaboration with sales and engineering teams to drive adoption of automation solutions.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business across OEMs, end users, and integrators

Act as a technical expert on SMC pneumatics and related automation products

Support application design, product configuration, and troubleshooting

Deliver training and demos for customers and internal teams

Collaborate with sales, vendor partners, and internal teams at our West Des Moines HQ to align strategies and stay connected to product and customer initiatives

Work closely with our Enhanced Services department on valve assembly projects, including design consultation, quoting assistance, and ensuring customer specifications are met

Travel regularly throughout the territory, primarily by car

Most trips will be local or regional day visits

Some overnight travel will be required for customer visits, factory training, or key event
