Responsibilities

Manage execution of day-ahead & term transactions in multiple markets and book structures across the US, including strategy and physical asset optimization
Serve as a subject matter expert on electricity markets and physical asset performance in those markets to the company
Develop and grow new strategies for profit generation and optimization
Help oversee front office trading compliance day-to-day within stated risk policies and limits
Coordinate with multiple intra company teams, including risk, asset management, performance management, and field operations on position and

Qualification

Renewable energy experiencePower markets knowledgeProject economics understandingData analysis skillsTeam leadership

Required

5+ years of industry and market experience in renewables and their interaction in power markets
Understanding of project economics and budgeting
Contracting wholesale power and various contract arrangements
Oversee trading compliance
Strong data and analytical skills
Ability to lead a diverse team
