Responsibilities
Research, design, develop, test, or supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial, industrial, military, or scientific use
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship is required
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance for duration of employment
MS degree or a BS degree with a minimum of 10 years' subject matter expertise in the technical labor category
Typically works on critical aspects of a given program and performs many functional duties independently
May oversee the efforts of Journeyman and/or Junior staff
Experience with board design for RF analysis and modulation
Experience with FPGA/PLD design
Experience with troubleshooting, maintaining, upgrading and testing existing electronic circuit cards
Experience with designing new multi layer Printed Wiring Boards (PCB)s
Experience with digital and analog circuit design
Writing and debugging firmware for new products
Experience developing and working with VME based backplanes and PCBs
Experience working with Real Time Embedded systems
Tools: Mentor Graphics PADS, Cadence OrCAD PCB Designer Suite, MAX+PLUS II, Quartus
