Land and Legal Operations Coordinator
Keystone Custom Homes, one of the nation’s most respected private homebuilders, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Land and Legal Operations Coordinator to support the operations of their Land Development Department. This role is critical in facilitating the coordination of entitlements, sitework execution, and legal processes related to land acquisition and development.

Responsibilities
Coordinate documentation and processes related to zoning approvals, subdivision plans, and land development entitlements
Support communication and task management with third-party engineers, municipal officials, legal counsel, and internal teams
Facilitate document tracking and filing for utility agreements, permits, financial security agreements, and government approvals
Act as a liaison with the Legal Department on contracts, municipal approvals, and other land-related legal documentation
Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables and submissions are prepared and submitted on schedule
Maintain organized systems for legal and land development files, including agreements, approvals, and reports
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in land development, legal coordination, real estate, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with document management software or project tracking systems is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred
Working knowledge of zoning, land development, or real estate acquisition processes preferred
