Responsibilities
Work with U.S. and international trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution and enforcement
Experience with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy
Provide copyright counseling, filing, and prosecution
Advise businesses ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies on trademark, copyright, and IP needs
Qualification
Required
Two to four years of experience in Trademark, Copyright, Internet & Advertising practice
Well-developed skills in U.S. and international trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution and enforcement
Strong academic credentials
Excellent legal writing skills
Proven track record in all aspects of a trademark, copyright and domain name practice
Attention to detail
Ability to work well in a group
Ability to work independently
Preferred
Experience with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board
Experience with Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy
Experience with copyright counseling, filing, and prosecution
Experience in a large law firm setting
