Responsibilities

Applying prescribed methods to complete limited and specific portions of broader engineering assignments
Adjusting and correlating data to ensure accuracy and consistency
Recognizing discrepancies in results and following operations through a series of related detailed steps or processes
Exercising limited judgment in making preliminary method selections and adopting alternatives
Designing specific system components as part of the overall project design effort
Performing design calculations, preparing equipment or material specifications, and providing direction to technical support or drafting personnel
Collaborating closely with team members and senior engineers to meet project deadlines and maintain quality standards

Required

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
2+ years of single-family land development experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships within a collaborative team environment

Preferred

Experience working on multidisciplinary land development projects
Familiarity with design standards and municipal approval processes in the region
