Responsibilities

Support multiple projects concurrently
Manage all phases of work from site selection, pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, programming, A/E/C team selection, design and construction management, FF&E procurement and installation, equipment planning and move coordination

Qualification

Construction Project ManagementBuilding Design KnowledgeBachelor's Degree in EngineeringScheduling Software KnowledgeOSHA 30 CertificationMicrosoft Office ProficiencyInterpersonal SkillsOrganizational Skills

Required

Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture required
3+ years of related construction project management experience with construction building projects
Experience supporting multiple projects concurrently
Knowledge of materials, methods and techniques used in building construction and the ability to recognize faulty construction or hazardous conditions
Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites

Preferred

Working knowledge of scheduling and project management software
OSHA 30 certification
