Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong pipelines for technical roles across Engineering, Data, Product, and Design
Proactively identify, engage, and screen candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox.ai, Wellfound and Lever
Collaborate with Sprinter’s internal recruiter to prioritize sourcing needs and hiring timelines
Schedule and coordinate initial interviews with hiring managers; support final onsite coordination as needed
Maintain clean and organized candidate records within our ATS
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles in fast-paced, high-growth VC backed start-up environments
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (required)
Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by results
Ability to work independently and hit weekly sourcing goals
Preferred
Experience with Juicebox.ai and Lever
Passion for healthcare, technology, or mission-driven companies
Experience with Applied AI + ML searches
