Responsibilities
Represent local, regional, and national clients in support of their development projects and transactions
Involve in general land use, real estate and municipal law
Provide project and entitlement feasibility review, permitting support and strategy, legislative advice, and drafting of related agreements and real estate documents
Appear before local, state, and national agency staff, decision-makers, hearing examiners, boards, councils, commissions, and courts
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of experience in land use, real estate, and municipal law
Strong academic credentials
Experience in project and entitlement feasibility review, permitting support and strategy, legislative advice, and drafting of related agreements and real estate documents
Ability to appear before local, state, and national agency staff, decision-makers, hearing examiners, boards, councils, commissions, and courts
Preferred
Experience in all three areas: land use, real estate, and municipal law
Prior law firm or government experience
