Land Use Associate Attorney - Junior to Midlevel

The role involves representing clients in development projects and transactions, focusing on land use, real estate, and municipal law, with responsibilities including feasibility reviews, permitting support, and drafting agreements.

Responsibilities
Represent local, regional, and national clients in support of their development projects and transactions
Involve general land use, real estate and municipal law
Typical matter support will include project and entitlement feasibility review, permitting support and strategy, legislative advice, and drafting of related agreements and real estate documents
Appearance before local, state, and national agency staff, decision-makers, hearing examiners, boards, councils, commissions, and courts is also anticipated
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of experience in land use, real estate, and municipal law
Strong academic credentials
Experience in project and entitlement feasibility review, permitting support and strategy, legislative advice, and drafting of related agreements and real estate documents
Ability to appear before local, state, and national agency staff, decision-makers, hearing examiners, boards, councils, commissions, and courts
Preferred
Experience in all three areas: land use, real estate, and municipal law
Prior law firm or government experience
