Responsibilities
Dig into data to spot patterns, trends, and cool surprises worth acting on
Turn complex info into clear, useful insights anyone can get
Build and improve Power BI dashboards that actually help people
Make sure reports are smooth, fast, and easy to read
Team up with others to figure out what they need from data
Help define KPIs and track progress that really matters
Make sure data is clean, correct, and easy to understand
Share tips and support teammates to grow their data skills
Run Power BI sessions to help others get confident with the tool
Keep up with whats new in Power BI and bring those ideas to the team
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in data science, computer science, information systems or something similar
Around 4-5 years working with data, or you've led analytics projects or mentored others
Super comfortable with Power BI, including DAX, custom visuals, and setting up reports
Know your way around SQL for getting and shaping data
Can explain complex stuff in a way people actually get
Think ahead and connect data work with the big picture
Preferred
Bonus if you've tried other BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Qlik
Some Python or R experience is a plus
