Responsibilities

Build end-to-end customer workflows and take them to production

Solve real-world problems with innovative, scalable, and high-performing software solutions

Work directly with sales and marketing on forward-leaning prototypes to help shape future product and infrastructure roadmaps

Qualification

Required

Strong engineering background with a focus on delivering production AI workflows with experience in data processing pipelines and advanced analytics tools

Experience working with AI/ML tools and products, with an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the technologies

Strong coder with demonstrated proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar

Ability to collaborate effectively in teams of technical and non-technical individuals, with a strong spike in clear communication to both internal and external stakeholders

Experience with database systems (SQL/NoSQL, embeddings) and data storage solutions

A strong emphasis on high decomp skills, with the ability think creatively to develop effective solutions to complex design challenges while balancing project delivery expectations

Work experience with software development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)

Leadership and collaboration qualities, enthusiasm for real-world, responsible impact

Ability and interest in traveling, if needed to client sites, but flexible based on personal preferences
