Responsibilities
Work directly with the founder and others on all areas of the product
Architect, develop and maintain high-quality software. You’ll take ownership over broad areas of the development process
Provide guidance and leadership to junior developers. This includes helping to hire junior developers to grow the engineering team
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience
Strong experience working with modern coding tools
Strong experience working with AI (such as via LangGraph/LangChain) or comparable systems
Preferred
Experience with Typescript and Python
