Works with the Chef team to write and produce menus
Supervises culinary staff ensuring that food items are prepared correctly and meet all quality, flavor, appearance and food handling standards
Maintains a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with all Health Departments codes and regulations
Performs sanitation checks, line checks and food quality checks
Advises management of purchasing requirements
Possesses management and supervisory skills to encourage culinary staff to produce their best work with the highest standards
Creates and maintains a positive, helpful and supporting environment
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
