REnVisioning Technology (REV-T) designs, installs, and supports collaboration technologies that transform how people work, learn, and connect. They are seeking a Director of Sales & Strategic Partnerships to lead and grow their sales strategy, focusing on building partnerships and driving new business across mid-sized and enterprise clients.

Responsibilities
Define and execute a simplified, results-driven sales strategy
Develop strategic partnerships with AV consultants and IT firms (MSPs, systems integrators)
Drive business development across mid-sized and enterprise clients
Create partner resources that make it easy to refer and co-sell REV-T
Hire, train, and lead the sales team
Implement effective CRM processes with lean forecasting
Collaborate with marketing to highlight our 'AV without the headache' promise
Qualification
Required
5+ years of B2B sales leadership (AV/IT/workplace tech a plus)
Experience selling into both mid-sized businesses and enterprises
Strong network among AV consultants and IT partners
Familiarity with partner-based sales models (referral, co-sell)
Strong communicator with a KISS mindset
Can translate technical details into business value
