Lead Analyst - Enterprise Resource Planning Strategy

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans for the optimization of ERP systems across the health system
Conduct in-depth analysis of existing ERP processes and identify areas for improvement and innovation
Collaborate with senior leadership to align ERP strategies with organizational goals and objectives
Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure our ERP systems remain cutting-edge and competitive
Translate NYULH business requirements into an RFP and objectively evaluate various vendor solutions in collaboration with project team
Impact use of AI in the ERP workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop comprehensive project plans
Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures
Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective utilization of ERP systems
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues
Work closely with IT and other departments to resolve technical challenges
Continuously evaluate and improve training materials and methods
Work closely with various departments, including finance, human resources, supply chain, and clinical operations, to understand their needs and integrate ERP solutions accordingly
Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
Act as a liaison between business units and the IT department to address system requirements and enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP strategy, implementation, platform selection and optimization, preferably within a healthcare setting
Proven track record of successfully leading ERP projects from conception to completion
Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and standards
Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with data management and reporting tools
Knowledge of integration techniques and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong project management abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Adaptability and willingness to stay current with industry trends and advancements
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
