Security & Investigations
Responsibilities
Provide professional front desk service at a variety of luxury residential properties
Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a warm, courteous manner
Learn and follow post orders for multiple sites
Monitor building access, respond to incidents, and report safety or security issues
Handle package logging, visitor management systems, and resident communication
Communicate effectively with MFort leadership, property management, and onsite teams
Adapt quickly to new environments, policies, and property procedures
Maintain a clean, presentable lobby and workspace
Follow company and site-specific policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED required
Valid Illinois PERC card and 20-hour security certificate (or ability to obtain)
Open availability for 1st (7am–3pm), 2nd (3pm–11pm), and 3rd (11pm–7am) shifts
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments
Strong customer service and communication skills
Able to stand or sit for extended periods and perform lobby or round duties
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred
Prior concierge, front desk or security experience is preferred
