Senior Analyst, Brand Advocate

Responsibilities
Collaborates with suppliers and cross-functional partners to manage content changes, SKU presentation, and brand performance throughout the product's lifecycle. In addition, provides on-site support for product set-up, onboarding, and troubleshooting
Creates and leads presentations with stakeholders to share project wins, analysis results, and to gain alignment on future opportunities
Serves as a mentor across the organization by providing supplemental onboarding and training
Partners with stakeholders to build project plans that support strategic growth, drive incremental revenue, and improve the online experience to drive conversion
Offers industry expertise and acts as the subject matter expert for the supported assortment/category
Builds system knowledge and expertise through ongoing tailored, training classes
Create project plans, gain alignment with merchandising/supplier and drive Tracks content performance, digital asset management, assortment opportunities via regular reporting
Qualification
Required
Must be eighteen years of age or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with a strong ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into clear, compelling data stories
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with executive presence and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Quick learner with interest in adopting new data tools including platforms such as SQL, Tableau, and Adobe
Deliver business impact through independent learning, strategic analysis, and curiosity-driven problem-solving that influences cross-functional decisions
