They are seeking an experienced Technical Service Specialist to deliver exceptional after-sales service to their dealerships, providing technical support and conducting training as needed.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive technical support to technicians and forklift dealership personnel
Conduct onsite forklift troubleshooting and trainings at dealer locations as needed
Assist with the development of service policies and procedures
Handle customer technical inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
Maintain meticulous records of all repair and maintenance activities
Collaborate closely with the sales team to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience in technical aftersales service in dealer workshops, preferably forklift
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working technical knowledge of forklifts and related equipment
Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations
Valid driver's license
