Performing legal research
Drafting motions and pleadings
Drafting legal memoranda
Arguing motions
Taking and defending depositions
Managing discovery-related activities and investigations
Drafting position statements and dispositive motions
Drafting employee handbooks
Drafting employee policies

Required

3+ years of experience in employment litigation
Ability to propound and respond to discovery, prepare motions, obtain declarations, and assist with all aspects of trials and trial preparation
Juris Doctor
Licensed to practice law and in good standing in California
Must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice throughout employment
Excellent analytical and writing skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Passion for client service and practice development
