Responsibilities
Provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance
Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, and ensure that it is clean, shoppable, and safe
Provide information on product features, and know related items to sell an entire project
Greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in their department
Handle basics in adjacent departments
Follow all safety policies & standards, complete specified safety training, and immediately correct hazards & unsafe conditions or report conditions to the Manager On Duty
Work safely as not to endanger themselves, co-workers, vendors, or customers
Work in cooperation with their Department Supervisor and other associates in their department as well as other departments
