Responsibilities

Sensor Fusion & Calibration
Integrate and synchronize multi-modal sensors (cameras, LiDAR, IMU, radar/ultrasonic)
Develop accurate sensor calibration techniques (hand-eye, LiDAR–camera alignment, stereo, etc.) and validate them
Perception & Computer Vision
Evaluate and improve the performance and reliability of perception algorithms
Detect and estimate 6-DoF poses and 3D dimensions of rigid objects under occlusion and challenging lighting

Required

Education: Minimum B.S. in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
Proficient in C++ (modern standards), Python, and ROS 1/ROS 2
Familiar with industrial 3D cameras, LiDARs, IMUs, radar sensors, and synchronized data acquisition
Deep understanding of multi-sensor calibration techniques (e.g., hand-eye, LiDAR–camera extrinsics)
Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication—capable of presenting complex technical concepts clearly to cross-functional teams

Preferred

Exposure to SLAM-lite or marker-based mapping approaches (AprilTags, ArUco)
