Responsibilities
Learn and apply the company’s standard operating procedures
Landscaping duties include: mowing, raking and weeding and divot repair of the golf course and outside common areas on club property
Restock supplies, replenish inventory and products
Maintain a clean, safe work environment
Greet members and guests through-out the property
Understand and anticipate the needs of the property
Be attentive and listen carefully to the member’s and follow through
Follow up as required and communicate in a timely manner
Be an active participant in events, programs, meetings and training
Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response
Schedule varies and may require weekend and holiday hours, days and evenings
Additional hours will be required during aerification and other special projects
Qualification
Required
Responsible for maintaining the golf course and club house grounds
Providing exceptional customer service and hospitality to all members and guests
Demonstrating a positive and professional attitude
Learning and applying the company's standard operating procedures
Performing landscaping duties including mowing, raking, weeding, and divot repair
