Responsibilities
Design and implement SAP security roles and authorizations across S/4HANA, Fiori, and Cloud environments
Administer SAP BASIS operations including installations, upgrades, performance tuning, and lifecycle management
Manage identity provisioning and authentication protocols (SSO, SAML 2.0, MFA, SNC)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP security with enterprise governance and compliance standards
Monitor and troubleshoot security issues across SAP and integrated systems
Support SAP GRC modules and audit readiness activities
Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and contribute to Activate Methodology phases
Provide technical guidance on SAP Cloud ALM, CBC provisioning, and integration with SAP BTP
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
8+ years of experience in SAP Security and BASIS Administration
Hands-on experience with S/4HANA (1809/1909/2022), SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud ALM
Proficiency in SAP BTP, AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud environments
Strong understanding of SAP NetWeaver, Solution Manager 7.2, and HANA DB management
Experience with High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and performance optimization
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
SAP certifications in Security, BASIS, or GRC
Experience with SAP IPS/IAS, CBC, and API integrations
Familiarity with SAP Public Cloud implementations (RISE/GROW)
Exposure to SAP modules such as FICO, SD, MM, and BW/4HANA
