Responsibilities

Accelerate the core growth of the U&FM Business Unit by customized innovation projects

Ensure all project deliverables are supplied in accordance with client specification, on time and within budget. Establish plans based on the data provided by the Customer Contract, User Requirement Specifications, and availability of Functional Resources

Own the custom upstream innovation Product Planning Group (PPG) process, including the innovation Master Priority List (MPL)

Works in partnership with Product Management and Commercial to ensure a robust funnel feeding into the innovation Master Priority List (MPL)

Ability to review and comment on customer URS for biopharmaceutical equipment and evaluate possible technologies or designs to meet customer requirements

Required

Bachelor's Degree Required

Proven project, technical and commercial track record within the Pharmaceutical, or Biopharmaceutical Industry

Leading detailed technical meetings with key customers & suppliers (Internal & External) in Bioprocessing markets, in a global environment

Preferred

Post Graduate Degree, or Higher-Level Qualification in a relevant Engineering subject preferred

Preference for Visual Project Management (VPM) Certified Practitioners, or those who are interested in pursuing visual project management DBS expertise
