Responsibilities
Lead blueprint sessions with cross functional teams, document business process flows, collect requirements, conduct solution analysis and spearhead change management
Document, organize and consolidate the information about the issues to be resolved or procedures to be upgraded
Manage client project’s processes and practices to maximize efficiency and profit
Gather new ideas from clients while working on initial concepts and implement those ideas
Help clients with planning, developing, launching and managing the product or services
Plan, organize, manage and measure the work of resources working on a project
Use quantitative project management techniques to help manage projects effectively and to understand or predict process performance
Deliver presentations to various levels of management as necessary
Qualification
