Program Coordinator - Grant Management (Personal Health)
NEOGOV is part of the County of Delaware, and they are seeking a Program Coordinator for Grant Management within the Health Department. The role involves serving as the primary liaison for grant management, ensuring compliance with grant reporting requirements, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Liaising between programming team and Division Administrator on program-related details
Liaising between Division and Grants Manager on fiscal matters
Maintaining a thorough understanding of grant contracts to ensure compliance with contract and deliverables
Tracking grant program status on behalf of Division Administrator
Non-financial grant reporting
Coordinating with Programming team on grant budget-related matters
Participating in grant programming status meetings
Working closely with Division Administrative Assistant and programming team to identify grant-related purchases
Additional duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
High School graduate or equivalent plus two years relevant experience
State or Federal Grant coordination experience preferred
Experience with Intergovernmental Agreements preferred
Project coordination experience
Considerable knowledge of business English, spelling, punctuation, and arithmetic
Considerable knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment
Ability to work independently and as a member of a highly productive team
Exercises good judgment, courtesy, and professionalism in dealings with others
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, computational, customer service, and organizational skills
Ability to utilize personal vehicle to travel to points away from the normal work location to fulfill the obligations of the position
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with a wide range of persons
Ability to maintain and handle confidential information
Ability to follow protocol, procedures, and established guidelines
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances and needs
A strong work ethic and ability to manage a demanding and changing workload
Strong relationship-building skills

Strong understanding of grant management processes, including reporting and compliance
