Responsibilities

Provide courteous, professional support to clients and colleagues via phone, email, or in person

Respond to inquiries regarding file status, rate quotes, and general title insurance information

Open and track title orders received via phone or email

Schedule closings, coordinate with closers and attorneys, and confirm details

Maintain vendor and lender records to ensure smooth order processing

Create and manage back title files and keep accurate logs of turn-around time

Record and process incoming search requests

Review title searches and underwrite commitments, policies, and endorsements in compliance with company guidelines and evolving underwriting principles

Enter accurate title information to support timely and error-free production

Meet individual and team production standards for quality and volume

Required

3 years of experience in title insurance, mortgage lending, legal support, or loan processing
