Provide direction and oversight of all financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, audits, investments, asset and liability management, and capital planning
Lead the development and execution of financial strategies that support the credit union’s long-term goals
Ensure sound fiscal management and promote organizational sustainability
Collaborate closely with business unit leaders to optimize resource use, enhance performance, and drive operational efficiencies
Communicate with the Board of Directors, Supervisory Committee, and other stakeholders to provide financial insights, strategic recommendations, and regulatory updates
Qualification
Required
10 plus years of progressive experience in financial leadership
Experience preferably within the credit union or financial services industry
Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
