Writing up Service Request Slips
Input & Create PDIs
Assisting to Manage Recon Schedule
Assisting to Manage Used Car Inventory as they transition through Used Car Service > Recon > Get Ready > Ready on the lot
Checking for Recalls and followup on Recall Service
Manage Sublets
Tracking Wholesale Vehicles through their process: Auction Haulers > Checking for Titles > Getting Cleaner > Setting up for weekly auction send
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Preferred
Service Writing experience strongly preferred
Automotive Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
