Responsibilities

Working closely with project teams to produce written documentation for large, fast-paced electrical utility transmission construction projects
Developing, planning, coordinating, financial control, and fulfilling technical requirements related to assigned proposals and projects
Producing daily documents for submittal to the customer
Time sheet management
Completion tracker updates
Job cost reports for management
Leading project meetings
Updating project schedules for submittal to customer
Invoicing
Change order requests
Cashflow reporting
Coordinating project communication interdepartmentally
Professionally representing the company during daily project tasks and activities

Qualification

Electrical utility constructionProject managementProject schedulingMS Office proficiencyCommunication skillsAttention to detail

Required

Five years of office management, field management or technical experience related to electrical utility construction
Five years of experience as a project manager on electrical utility projects
Background in project scheduling and work plan development
Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial technology, construction management or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in MS Office. Microsoft Project and Primavera skills are beneficial
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to work outside and travel as required
Candidates must reside within a reasonable driving distance from the office or be willing to relocate
