Oaks Integrated Care is seeking a Director of Youth & Family Programs to oversee their Peer 2 Peer Program and school-based youth services programs throughout Southern New Jersey. The role involves empowering youth involved in the child welfare system and providing health and social services to help students succeed in their education and personal development.

Responsibilities

Assists in recruiting, training and developing a highly motivated and effective team

Works with the AVP and VP to develop and implement financial plans at the program level

Works with the AVP and VP to explore and coordinate available RFPs related to growth and development of children’s services

Provides guidance, leadership and coaching to staff

Communicates Agency & Departmental/Licensing changes in regulations, policies and procedures

Promotes collaboration across systems and programs

Closely monitors billing and AR for each program element

Qualification
