Responsibilities
Construct wood and composite decks (framing, decking, railings, stairs)
Interpret blueprints, layout plans, and project specs
Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and jobsite cleanliness
Collaborate with crew members and project managers
Follow all safety regulations and building codes
Use tools and equipment efficiently and safely
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of deck building or residential carpentry experience
Proficient in using hand and power tools
Ability to read and interpret construction plans
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred
Experience with Trex, TimberTech, or similar composite decking
