Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Early Intervention with Flexible Scheduling
Autism From The Start® is a growing company dedicated to early intervention for children with autism. They are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA teams and oversee intervention programs for young children, ensuring ethical and effective treatment plans while mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians.

Responsibilities
Utilize assessments, such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, ESDM Curriculum Checklist, and other appropriate measures
Maintain an ethical caseload of clients based on delivered hours per week by RBT staff
Develop comprehensive individual behavior treatment plans
Monitor and modify treatment plans as necessary
Conduct parent training using an evidence-based curriculum
Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and Interns
Participate in team meetings and leadership meetings
Collaborate with community providers (e.g., therapists, teachers, etc.)
Report to Chief Clinical Officer (CCO)
Maintain certification and licensure
Remain in compliance with the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts
Qualification
Required
Prior experience working with children with autism as young as 2 years old is required
Applicant must be physically able to lift children, run with children, and walk up and down a flight of stairs multiple times a day while also carrying a child
Applicant must be a licensed Behavior Analyst in the states of Kansas and Missouri or have the ability to obtain the license within 1 month of hire date
Start date is contingent upon credentialing status with third-party payors
