Responsibilities

Collaborate with client service teams to identify high-impact use cases for generative AI, machine learning, and automation

Train and coach consultants on effective AI usage, prompt engineering, and responsible deployment

Prototype and pilot AI-enabled solutions for client engagements, including research, analysis, content generation, and workflow optimization

Stay up-to-date on the rapidly evolving AI landscape and evaluate new tools and technologies for internal and client use

Develop guidance, best practices, and toolkits to help teams integrate AI into their day-to-day work

Partner with IT, legal, and compliance teams to ensure safe, secure, and ethical use of AI across engagements

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience in AI, data science, or a related field, ideally within a consultancy or professional services environment

Strong understanding of generative AI (e.g., LLMs), natural language processing, and AI tool ecosystems (e.g., OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, etc.)

Experience with prompt engineering, AI prototyping, and workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Python, Power Automate)

Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Creative problem solver with a bias for experimentation, iteration, and co-creation

Preferred

Familiarity with professional services workflows (e.g., market research, proposal development, strategic analysis)

Experience with AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI principles
