Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Hope Center for Behavior Change is dedicated to providing exceptional ABA therapy services in various settings. They are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality therapy, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and professionals.

Individual & Family Services

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality ABA therapy to children and adolescents across clinical, home, and school environments
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Supervise and mentor RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) and ensure proper implementation of ABA interventions
Collaborate with families, school staff, and other professionals to ensure effective and consistent therapy
Stay informed of the latest Medicaid and MCO changes affecting service delivery and ensure compliance with all state and insurance regulations
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, billing, and insurance requirements
Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the growth and development of our services

Required

Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
Medicaid provider preferred; familiarity with private/commercial insurance is a must
Knowledgeable of current MCO (Managed Care Organization) changes and how they impact ABA services
Strong experience in conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and supervising RBTs
Ability to work independently across multiple settings (clinic, in-home, and in-school)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families, staff, and external providers
Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest developments in ABA therapy and insurance practices
