Odessa Marriott Hotel & Conference Center is seeking a reliable and hardworking Back Waiter to join their team at a busy restaurant. The Back Waiter will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, assisting servers, and ensuring all areas are well-stocked and presentable.

Responsibilities

Set and clear tables, including setting up tableware, condiments, and other amenities
Stock supplies, such as linens, napkins, and glassware
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including sweeping and mopping floors
Assist servers with refilling drinks and bringing out food orders
Relay customer complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism to manager
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Work ethicPrevious experienceLift heavy objectsStand long periodsAdditional language skillsFluency in English

Required

Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Fluency in English is required

Preferred

Previous experience or in a similar role is preferred
Additional language skills are a plus
