They are seeking an Associate R&D Beverage Formulator to assist with the formulation of new beverage products, conduct research and development activities, and utilize laboratory skills to test and refine product formulations.

Assisting with the formulation of new beverage products
Conducting research and development activities
Utilizing laboratory skills to test and refine product formulations
Supporting the R&D team with analytical assessments
Collecting and analyzing data
Effectively communicating findings and progress within the team
Qualification
Required
Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and strong Research skills
Proficient in Laboratory Skills and Analytical Skills
Excellent Communication skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in an on-site setting
Detail oriented, striving for perfection but ability to learn from failure
Preferred
Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team of professionals
