Handle a variety of cases including premises and retail liability, amusement park liability, auto liability, rideshare liability, and commercial trucking cases
Manage cases from inception to trial with support from other attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff
Work proactively and creatively on assigned cases
Utilize strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills
Qualification
Required
Three (3) to six (6) years of litigation experience
Ability to handle a variety of cases including premises and retail liability, amusement park liability, auto liability, rideshare liability, and commercial trucking cases
Ability to manage cases from inception to trial
Strong analytical skills
Strong writing skills
Strong research skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work proactively and creatively
Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
Past trial experience is a plus
