National Account Manager - Southeast Region

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development: Build, maintain, and expand relationships with new and existing customers. Identify customer needs, acquire leads, and propose business deals by analyzing market opportunities
Front-End Prospecting: Proactively identify potential National clients, generate leads, and develop strategies to build your own book of business
Project Oversight: Evaluate project proposals and create comprehensive plans to achieve objectives, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
Client and Vendor Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors, ensuring satisfaction and fostering trust
Operational Coordination: Collaborate with project and operations teams to assign duties, review progress, and resolve issues
Reporting and Communication: Provide updates on project progress, communicate expectations, and oversee milestone completion
CRM Management: Accurately maintain client and prospect data, leveraging reports to identify new opportunities
Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, contributing to the growth of the business

Required

3-5 years of experience in sales and project management in the construction industry (required)
Specific experience in multi-family new construction projects (required)
Established professional with existing book of business in the Southeast region
3-5 years of experience in sales and business development
Valid Driver's license
Proven ability to manage costs to ensure that project budgets are met
Friendly, courteous, professional, outgoing, and customer service oriented
Must be located in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, or South Carolina
