Develop and manage submittal process
Manage and Process RFI’s
PCO Development and management of Change Order Process
Subcontract Management
Project Document Control
Develop and manage procurement tracking log
Support Project Startup
Assist Superintendent in preparation of the weekly 'Short Term Look Ahead Schedule' to monitor progress and assure all work is scheduled for maximum efficiency
Attend and participate in all project meetings
Manage project closeout including punchlist, O&Ms, spare parts, and Warranties
Support project team in development of project specific workplans
Qualification
Required
2 - 5 years of relevant project experience in all phases of construction
Degree in Construction Management, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, or related field
Organized with a systematic approach to achieve high level results
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage diverse personalities
Preferred
Expertise in QSP, SWPPP, LEED and sustainability is a plus
Knowledge of Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Primavera, Navisworks, Microsoft Project, and Viewpoint project manager software is a plus
